What we accept
A valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner, with the doctor's name, signature and date. A clear photo taken with your phone is perfectly fine.
How verification works
Our pharmacist matches each medicine on your prescription before dispatch. If we have a question, we call you and speak in plain language.
Your privacy matters
Prescriptions are health data. They are stored in encrypted form, accessed only by our pharmacist, and deleted on request, in line with the DPDP Act.
What we never sell online
Schedule X drugs, narcotics and habit-forming medicines are never sold through this website, in line with Indian regulations.
